M. Blanca DeLaGarza of Irving passed away August 18, 2014. She was born on November 22, 1938 in Pharr, Texas to Abraham and Hilaria Mercado. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Blanca lived a simple life with her family and will be greatly missed by all that knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Ruben and Manny and sister Leticia. She is survived by husband Baltazar DeLaGarza of Irving; daughter Belinda Fair of Irving; daughter and husband Anna and Bud Wyche of Irving; grandchildren Joseph Garza of Euless; Erica Fair of Irving; and Nina Wyche of Irving; brother Luis Mercado of Mission, Texas; sisters Manuela Silva and Ester Sanchez both of Houston; brothers Abraham Mercado, Jr. of Florida; Mingo Mercado of Houston; sisters Idolina Espinoza and Benji Adams both of Florida and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will hold a private memorial service.
