Helene D. Williamson, age 77 and Irving resident, died on December 31, 2014. She was born to Clarence Gregory and Frances McCormack Gregory in Dallas, Texas on March 28, 1937. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. Helene was also the first female meter reader, crew chief and supervisor to be employed by the City of Mesquite water department, where she worked for 25 years until her retirement. Her hobbies were loving and caring for her family and her dog Cheeky whom she adored. Helene is preceded in death by her parents and her son, Price Jimmie Howell, Jr. Left to treasure her memory are her beloved daughters Cynthia Howell and her husband Chet McCormick and Katie Williamson, along with her grandchildren Brandon Hewitt, Teven Benn, Dru Benn, Seth Benn and Kayle Herndon. She will be missed deeply by her family and friends.
