Barbara Bryant died surrounded by her family on Wednesday, March 4th, 2015. She was Born May 17, 1942, to Parents, Clyde Edwin Sampson and Wanda Brandon in Greenville Texas. Barbara is survived by her husband Bill Bryant-Garland, brother-Wayne Sampson (Joyce)-Temple, daughter Renee Bryant –Louisville, KY, and sons Stephen Bryant (Delfina)-The Colony and Dan Bryant (Rachel)-Garland. She has six grandchildren: Bailey, Bridget, Bebe, Blair, Abby and Sofie. She retired from the Medical and Surgical Clinic in Irving after thirty plus years as a nurse in pediatrics and internal medicine. She was an avid quilter, seamstress and crafter. She was active in the Irving Quilt Guild and participated in many charitable activities such as quilting for patients at Parkland Hospital, Scottish Rite, local nursing homes, and supporting Fern Creek/Highview United Ministries (her daughter’s ministry center in Louisville, Kentucky.) She was a devoted daughter, mother, grandmother and friend. The family appreciates your prayers and support during this difficult time. Arrangements are as follows: Service will be Friday, March 13th at 10am at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home and Visitation will be Thursday, March 12th from 6pm-8pm
