Eugenia Ruth Easley, age 90, and resident of Irving, died March 19, 2015. She was born January 20, 1925 in Cherry Valley Arkansas. Eugenia did data entry for Dallas County, until her retirement in 1989. A proud long standing Rebekah member for over 50 years, she also helped run the Texas Soaring competition, was an avid reader and seamstress. Eugenia is preceded in death by her parents and beloved husband and will be greatly missed by her son and daughter in law Melvin and Julia of Red Oak , son and daughter in law David and Kathleen of Oklahoma City, Daughter and son in law Phyllis and Rex Handkins of Broken Arrow Oklahoma, Son and daughter in law Lindel and Colleen of Chicago Illinois, stepson Martin and his wife of Ruby of LeHigh Acres Florida, stepson Richard Easley and his wife Wilma of Ennis, stepson Robert and his wife Donna of Plano, 23 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Tuesday March 24, 2015, at 2:00 PM in Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Irving, with visitation Monday March 23, 2015 from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM., also being held at Browns Memorial Funeral Home.
