Obituary for Jesse Frank Wilson

Jesse Frank Wilson a resident of Irving for 45 years passed away July 14, 2015. He was born on May 18, 1934 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Thomas T. and Irene Wilson. Jesse enjoyed deer hunting, fly fishing, traveling and socializing. He retired from Exxon in 1987 after 28 years of service. He is survived by wife Florence “Beth” Wilson of Irving; son and wife James & Anne Marie Wilson of Irving; son Jerry Wilson of Irving, daughter Joy Wilson of Burleson, Texas; grandson and wife Michael and Felicia Wilson of Highland Village, Texas; grandsons David Wilson of Ashville, North Carolina; Vincent Wilson of Irving; Brandon Mathies of McKinney; Joel Mendoza of Burleson; granddaughters Julia Mendoza of Little Elm; Francine Wilson of Arlington; Shyla Wilson of Irving; Samantha Smith of Durant, Oklahoma; great-grandchildren Olivia Wilson and Liam Wilson of Highland Village; and Landry Lopez of Durant, Oklahoma. Sister Pauline Brown of Dacula, Georgia; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, July 17, 2015 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phil Aurgburger officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving.
