Mary Louise Matthews (Williams)
Mary L. Matthews, a Dallas resident for 40 years, previously of Irving, died on August 2, 2015 at age 79. She was born in Coahoma, Texas to Jay Williams and Louise Benefield Hines on February 9, 1936. Mary retired in 1994 after enjoying a long career that spanned 25 years doing data entry for Continental Bakery along with caring and nurturing her family. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband and will be greatly missed by her son Robert West of Dallas; brothers Bobby Williams and his wife Bea of Midland and Terry Mitchell of New Braunfels; nephews Hank and Jason Williams along with niece Shelley Williams. A memorial service will be held in Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 29, 2015.
