Jose Santos Perez, age 91, died on Friday, April 6, 2018. Jose was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico on September 20, 1926 to Cupertino Perez and Simona (Ramirez) Perez. Jose is preceded in death by his parents; brother Encarnacion Perez; and son Teodulo Perez. Left to cherish his memory are spouse Carmen (Milan) Perez; children Esther and Bibiano Perez of Grand Prairie and Hector Perez of Chicago; grand children Brenda and Jorge Castillo of Grand Prairie, and Wendy, Hector, and Jr. Perez of Chicago; brother Gilbert Flores, wife Josephine and their child Gilbert Jr. Flores; sister Ramona Perez and her many loving children; sister Francisca Perez and her many loving children; as well as many other extended family and friends.
