Gayle Hinds, age 76, passed on from this life on Friday, May 25, 2018. Gayle was born on April 21, 1942 to Nolan and Bonna LaJean (Hedrick) Wilder. She was a loving mother and grandmother who served her family well throughout the years making their house a home. She loved camping and hosting fish-frys, from the fish caught on family fishing trips. In her spare time, she enjoyed Bingo and watching Wheel of Fortune. Gayle is preceded in death by her husband Billy Hinds Sr., parents; sisters Linda and Judy; son Billy Wayne Hinds Jr.; and daughter Michelle Hinds Graham. Left to cherish her memory are daughters Camie Hinds and Kim West and husband Robert; grandchildren Shelby Sorrell, Dillon Sorrell, Mason Sorrell, Nicole Graham, Jessica Graham, and Mitchell Graham Jr.; son in law Mitchell Graham Sr.; sister Sue Shafer; nieces Terry Taft, Pat Bennett, and Jeannie Chellette; nephew Edward Bennett, as well as numerous extended family and friends. The family will receive friends between 6:00 and 8:00pm on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home, 707 N. MacArthur Blvd. in Irving. A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM on Friday, June 1, 2018 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211.
