Abran Mireles Moya, age 86, died on Tuesday, July 3, 2018. Abran was born on March 16, 1932 in Goliad, Texas to Felix Moya and Saragosa Mireles. Abran was a life-long catholic. He liked to fish and enjoyed Spanish dancing and old fashion Spanish music. He was a very hard worker and provider to many. He loved his family, especially his grandkids. Abran is preceded in death by his parents; spouse of 49 plus years Rebecca Ramirez; children Abran Moya Jr. and Arnulfo R. Moya; grandchildren Christa Dennington and Luis Escalante. Left to cherish his memory are children Felix Moya and wife Yolanda, Leonor Reyes, Adrian Moya, Michaela Cuff, Gracie Sanchez, Leandro Escalante, Paula Escalante; 19 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild; as well as many other extended family and loving friends. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home, 707 North MacArthur Blvd., Irving, TX. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at the funeral home with an interment following at 12:00 Noon at Skyvue Memorial Gardens, 7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063.
