Our Family Serving Yours, With Over 50 years Of Dedicated Service

In 1964, Ben opened Ben F. Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home at 624 E. 2nd St. in Irving. In 1992, we relocated the firm to its present address at 707 N. MacArthur Blvd. Ben had a long and respected career in funeral service. He received many awards given by the funeral associations as well as from this community that has meant so much to our family. Ben had served many of your families during a loved one’s death.

Continuing the Tradition

Mr. Brown’s ethics, and care for the people of his community have been passed down to the current funeral home staff. The Brown family takes pride in their service to the community and continues the traditions Mr. Brown began. The staff at Brown’s Memorial has over 50 years in the funeral home industry and is committed to serving families in a caring, comfortable environment. We welcome you to come by and meet our staff who will be happy to answer any of your questions.

Every aspect of the interior of Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home evokes intimacy, reverence, comfort and beauty. Staterooms are warmly furnished to provide seating for the family, friends and loved ones during visitation. The Memorial Chapel seats 200 and is finished in natural oak and exquisite beveled glass. A private family room is incorporated into the design of the chapel and will accommodate 34 family members. A private music room is available for live music or families may select musical tributes from our extensive library or they may choose to supply their personal favorite music recordings. The funeral home has a number of professional musicians who can participate in the funeral service if live music is preferred.

A projection screen is available in the chapel for families who wish to display a video tribute during the service. Our staff can customize a video tribute for your loved one with your family photos set to the music of your choosing.
