Obituary for Molly Kathryn Jordan

Molly Kathryn Jordan
From her first breath, Molly Kathryn Jordan captivated everyone she encountered. Full of grace, intent, peace and passion, her gaze was electrifying, even as an infant. Her mother, Cynthia, knew that her first child would be intense. From her extremely curious nature and the extreme love that she exuded, this girl would not be a part of the ordinary, she would rock the very world that Cynthia and her family had known.
Kelsie, her best friend, entered her world and nothing would break the bond of these sisters. From the piano, to the violin, through the rebellious years of high school, Molly and Kelsie learned life together. As a natural mother, Molly protected Kelsie with a fierceness that only an older sister could. Through life’s hard times, their bond was never broken. Their childhood was surrounded by love, not only through Cindy and Bart, they were blessed to have their Grandparents, Bill and Mary Kathryn who gave them the world. Their Aunt Nana and Uncle Boodah were always there and spent countless hours playing Monopoly and solving puzzles on the floor. Thanks to them, there was never a dull moment. Molly’s mother met Bart when Molly and Kelsie were four and three years old. Bart loved and cared for them as his own. This lead to Molly’s two not so little brothers, Nic and Shane. These four have made many memories together that will be remembered forever. Memories of playing together, fighting, laughing, watching the Lion King an unreasonable amount of times and growing to have unconditional love for one another. A sibling’s bond is one that cannot be explained, it just is. Motherhood came naturally to Molly when she and Calley were given the wonderful gift of a baby girl. They were in high school and although it seemed impossible, together they gave their families the most precious gift in the world, Jordan Taylor Cornelius. When Jordan was born, in some ways Molly's life was too born again. You cannot look at this beautiful girl and not see Molly. It is in her eyes, her kind spirit, and in her intelligence and captivation. Molly and Jordan were happiest when they were together. They loved watching movies, playing games, making hilarious videos together, and countless other adventures. Jordan will miss her mom everyday but knows that she will always be with her and now has the most beautiful angel watching over her. In 2013 Molly met her soul mate, Rick. These two are nothing less than perfect. Rick made Molly’s light shine again. Their love for one another was natural and beautiful. They quite literally spoke a language all their own. Seeing them together was fascinating. Molly gave Rick his first child, their precious son Aidan was born just three months ago. Jordan, Molly’s daughter and Rick are also the best of friends. They both look forward to sharing all of her wonderful memories of Molly with Aidan. Molly’s progressive attitude toward the world, reminds her loved ones that we are all connected to each other, and that love lives forever.
