Alicia E. Martinez passed away February 17, 2021 in Bedford, Texas at the age of 94. She was born to Arsenio and Maria Esquivel on February 15, 1927 in Laredo, Texas. Alicia married her husband, Isaias Martinez, Sr. on August 31, 1952 and had three children, Isaias, Jr., Alice, and Denise. Alicia was hospitable and enjoyed gatherings with friends and family. She also searched for opportunities to share her religious beliefs with others. Alicia loved her family including her 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.

Alicia is preceded in death by her husband, Isaias Martinez, Sr.; sister, Maria Casarez; sister, Consuelo Manning; brother, Oscar Esquivel; brother, Jesse Esquivel; brother, Jacobo Esquivel; and brother, Arsenio Esquivel. Left to cherish her memory, daughter, Alice Vargas; daughter, Denise Ortega; son, Isaias Martinez, Jr.; sister, Olga Perales; brother, Homero Esquivel, 6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; as well as numerous extended family and friends who will miss Alicia dearly.
