David W. Herman, Sr. of Irving Texas passed away November 29, 2020 at the age of 88. He was born July 4, 1932 in Dallas, Texas to father, Sam David Herman, and mother, Leona (Moss) Herman. David married the love of his life Patricia January 1, 1959 in Irving, Texas. He served as a Corporal in the United States Army from 1952 – 1954. David was known to love the outdoors he spent his time fishing, yard work, and sitting outside talking to his neighbors. He loved his family with all he had, and his grandchildren were his world.

Left to cherish the memory of David is his wife, Patricia, his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brother, Hardie Herman, and numerous extended family and friends who will all miss David dearly.

A graveside service with military honors will be held 10:30am, Thursday, December 10, 2020 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway Dallas, TX 75211.
