Obituary for Don Love Foust

Don Love Foust an Irving, Texas resident for over 60 years passed away on June 29, 2022. He was born on September 19, 1931, in Everman, Texas to parents, Samuel and Anne Foust. Don proudly served his country in the United States Marines from 1950 thru 1952 having fought in the Korean War and becoming a Bronze Star Recipient. After his service in the Marines, Don went on to work as a parts manager for Cummins Diesel for twenty-six dedicated years before retiring and starting his career in Real Estate. Don was a longtime active member of the Irving Elks Lodge. Miniature Donkeys were the love of Don’s life. Most beloved was his prized show donkey “Hey Boy.”

Don is preceded in death by his father, Samuel Luther Foust; and mother, Anne Hope (Love) Foust. Left to cherish his memory is his son, Paul Alan Foust, and wife LouAnn, grandson, Jared Foust, and great granddaughter, Audrey Vaughn. Numerous other family and friends will miss Don.

Family will receive friends from 9:00a.m. thru 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home 707 North MacArthur Blvd. Irving, Texas 75061.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home 707 North MacArthur Blvd. Irving, Texas 75061.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 7, 2022, at Laurel Land Memorial Park 7100 Crowley Rd. Fort Worth, Texas 76134.
