Efton Folmar passed away peacefully on January 25, 2023, in Irving, Texas at the age of 85. He was born to father, William Schley Folmar, and mother, Clarcie (Britt) Folmar on June 11, 1937 in Yantis, Texas. Efton. proudly served his country in the United States Army. After his service in the Army Efton built his career as a design engineer and machinist working for Recognition Equipment which later in his career become DeLaRue Equipment until his retirement in 2012. He loved fishing and going to the casinos such as Choctaw and Winstar in Oklahoma.

Efton is preceded in death by his father, William Schley Folmar; mother, Clarcie (Britt) Folmar; and brother, Alfred Britt Folmar. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Becky Folmar; nephews: James Folmar, and Ronald Folmar; great nephew, Will Folmar; as well as numerous other family and friends who will miss Efton greatly.
The family will honor Efton and have him cremated and brought back to his home in Yantis, Texas.
