James Edward Hollinsworth was born October 27, 1939, in Lubbock, TX, and went to be with the Lord on January 9, 2022. He was a software engineer.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Wanda (Keathley) Hollinsworth, father and mother, Joseph and Reba Hollinsworth, and sister, Barbara Bushland.

He is survived by his wife, Leslie Hollinsworth, daughter Carol Evans and husband Craig, son James Hollinsworth and wife Jennifer. Brother Larry Hollinsworth and wife Annette. Three grandchildren: Heather Hollinsworth, James Hollinsworth, and Chelsea Saffo and husband Andrew. And numerous family and friends.
