Obituary for Jean LaRene Tyrone

Jean LaRene Tyrone went home to her Lord and Savior on July 9, 2022, in Eustace, Texas at the age of eighty-seven. She was born on October 1, 1934, in Nolan, Texas to parents Odos and Bessie Moore. Jean worked in the office for Snyder ISD for 10 years then went to work for Irving ISD for 25 years retiring in 1996. She was a member of the music club for First United Methodist in Snyder, Texas where she played the piano. She sang in quartets and for the church choir. Jean loved reading and sewing. She was a member of Frist United Methodist Church in Irving, Texas for over 50 years and spent her last three years at First United Methodist in Mabank, Texas.

Jean is met in Heaven by her loving husband Wayne Tyrone; son, David Tyrone; granddaughter, Rachel Tyrone; and grandson, Jeramiah Tyrone. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Taressa Charlton and husband Gary; grandson, Judson Charlton and wife Taylor; grandson, Clayton Charlton; granddaughter, Sarah Charlton; grandson, Matthew Tyrone; granddaughter, Tabitha Tyrone; granddaughter, Kittrice Tyrone and husband, Christopher Merceri; great granddaughters: Destiny Tyrone, and Juniper Merceri; great grandsons: Patrick and Jase; nieces: Roxy Whiteside, Wanda Leach, Linda Tyrone; and Donna Tyrone; nephews: Brad Tyrone, and Tim Tyrone; as well as numerous great nieces, great nephews, family and friends who will miss Jean dearly.

Family will receive friends from 5:00p.m. thru 7:00p.m. on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home 707 North MacArthur Blvd. Irving, Texas 75061.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00p.m. on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at First United Methodist Church 211 W. Third St. Irving, Texas 75060.

Graveside service will be held at 10:15a.m. on Tuesday July 19, 2022, at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy Dallas, Texas 75211.

In Lieu of flower donations can be made to First United Methodist Church Irving, Texas Or First United Methodist Church Mabank, Texas.
