Judy Lynn Gilliam passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 59 years of age. She was born in Dallas, Texas on Tuesday, September 5, 1961 to George Edward and Waynona (McGinnis) Gilliam. Judy was a lifelong resident of Irving and had worked for DHL Express in Dallas as a certified international specialist for 20 years, until her retirement in 2009. She was a proud member of the Teamsters Local 745 in Dallas. Judy enjoyed sewing and will forever live on in the hearts of her family as a loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt and friend. She is preceded in death by her father George. Left to cherish her memory is son Roby Chase Gilliam; mother Waynona Gilliam; brother Gary Gilliam; sister Lisa Taylor; niece Taylor Gilliam; niece Lauren Taylor along with numerous extended family and loving friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Elks Lodge, 2015 N. Britain Rd. in Irving between 3:00 and 6:00pm.
