Obituary for Kenny Ray Billy

Kenny Ray Billy, age 53, a life-long resident of Irving passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020 in Irving. He was born on Thursday, December 21, 1967 in Irving, Texas to Steve and Ludie Ann (Johnson) Billy. He proudly graduated from Irving High School in 1987 and later became a stunt man and worked in the construction field. In his spare time Kenny enjoyed shouting at the TV when the Cowboys were on, singing off-key to old country music, and watching ancient mediocre westerns such as Smokey and the Bandit. He will be remembered for his corny jokes, his laughter, and loud snoring.
He is preceded in death by his parents and leaves behind his daughter Cheyenne Billy; three sisters, Sharon Gibson, Sandra Billy, Tina Scott; four nieces, Rachel Crowell, Christina Crowell, Audrey Gibson, Shaye Scott; one nephew Arrow Scott; and a host of extended family members and trolls.
Remember him for who he was and the impact he made until we see him again. Chi Hollo Li
