Laurence John (Jack) Malo, 89, passed away on Monday, March 13th 2021. He was born on November 13th 1931, in Vancouver British Columbia, Canada.
Jack married Bobbie in 1953 and was married for 61 years. Jack enjoyed making memorable moments with his family going to the ocean, fishing, crabbing, watching Notre Dame Football, his College alma mater Gonzaga University Basketball and the TV series Gunsmoke.
Jack was preceded in death by parents Laurence Paul and Mary Frances, wife Bobbie; Sisters Effie Lou, Pat (Mary), Catherine (KK); grandchildren Matthew, Allen and Jeremy.
Jack is survived by his sons, Michael Malo of Gainesville, Texas and Kevin Malo of San Antonio, Texas; daughters Janet (Ronnie) Slagle of Cooper, Texas, Gena (James) Eldridge of Quitman, Texas and Teresa (Todd) Martin of Colleyville, Texas; his 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; sister’s Barbara and Paula; brother Leo.
Jack was a beloved father, grandfather, and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
