Phyllis Lynn Hammond of Irving age 66, passed away March 22, 2021 in Irving. She was born on December 3, 1954 in Van Zandt County, Texas to William Chambers and Lillie (Thorn) Chambers. Phyllis will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who enjoyed being with her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother. Left to cherish her memory are husband of 33 years James Hammond; daughter Rachel Eubanks; granddaughter Zoe Pope; great-grandchildren Forrest Pope; Fallen Pole and Fisher Pope; sisters Melanie Brumbaugh and Diane Kirby Kysil and brother in-law Steven Stucker and wife Crystal Stucker. The family is planning private memorial services.
