Steven William Covington was welcomed Home in the arms of his Lord and Savior on July 10, 2022, at the age of seventy. He was born on June 30, 1952, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to father, William Henry Covington, and mother, Dorothy Lee (Smith) Covington. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Steven was a true outdoors man who loved to fish and loved hunting specifically wild pigs and deer. He also enjoyed woodworking and was a talented clock maker.

Steven is met in Heaven by his father, William Covington; mother, Dorothy Covington; son, Shannon Covington; and brother, Darrell Covington. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Diane Covington; sister, Sandra Wyatt; nieces: Courtney, Shelley, and April; as well as numerous other family and friends who will miss Steven Dearly.
