Ted Wyatt passed away at home in the morning hours on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at 70 years of age. He was born in Fort Worth, Texas to Paul Harvey and Avis Analine (Schooling) Wyatt on Tuesday, January 31, 1950. Ted met the love of his life Sandra in Irving and on June 20, 1969 they married and began their family. They raised their 2 daughters in Irving, Texas. Ted was the owner/operator of Hair Etc. located here in Irving, where he also used his talent and worked at his own salon alongside the other hair stylists in his shop. He is preceded in death by both parents and infant brother David Wyatt. Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 51 years, Sandra Wyatt; daughter Cortney Hallett and spouse Leland; daughter Shelley Dorsey and spouse Whitney; sister Anna Swearingen and spouse Doug; brother Ben Wyatt and spouse Jewelene; grandchildren Bowyn Dorsey, Barrett Dorsey and Greyson Dorsey along with many other loving family, friends and business associates. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am, Friday, October 16, 2020 at Hope Irving, 1646 W. Irving Blvd. in Irving; please note there is an attendance restriction of 70 persons at the church. A graveside service is open to the public at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 E. Irving Blvd. on Friday, October 16, 2020 at 12:30pm.
