Obituary for Warren "Reds" Eastright

Warren “Reds” Eastright passed peacefully with his family by his side on June 29, 2022, in Dallas, Texas at the age of seventy-nine. He was born on December 16, 1942, in Audubon, New Jersey to parents, Willis and Kathryn Eastright. Warren spent 10 years as a volunteer Fire Fighter in Maryland. He truly had a selfless heart and was known to help people like going out of his way to purchase food for the homeless. Warren loved spending time with his family especially moments with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He took his love for his family and put that into researching his genealogy. He created a book dating back to the original person who immigrated from Germany in 1753 to the United States. Warren had many hobbies which included: country dancing, fishing, and traveling as often as he could. Most importantly Warren will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend.

Warren is preceded in death by his father, Willis Reynolds Eastright; mother, Kathryn Eastright; sister, Barbara Ann Zieger; sister, Ellen J. Wooster; and brother-in-law, Dick Wooster. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Glenda Eastright; daughter, Melinda Williams and Kelley Smith; daughter, Michelle Angotta; daughter, Cynthia Lee Eastright; son, Kevin Eastright and wife Arlene; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; brother, Willis Reynolds Eastright, Jr.; sister, Patricia K. Edmandson; sister, Mary E. Ball; sister, Jeanne Eastright; as well as numerous other family and friends who will miss Warren greatly.

Family will receive friends from 10:00a.m. thru 11:00a.m. on Friday, July 8, 2022, at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home 707 North MacArthur Blvd. Irving, Texas 75061.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00a.m. on Friday, July 8, 2022, at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home 707 North MacArthur Blvd. Irving, Texas 75061.

Following the funeral service, a graveside will be held at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens 1413 E. Irving Blvd. Irving, Texas 75060.
