Condolence: To the family of Shirley Engel,

My heartfelt sympathy to all of you. Shirley was such a special woman - I had the privilege of having her work with me at times at the front desk of the Irving Police Department. She always had a smile on her face. Her generous donation of her precious time as a volunteer for the Irving Police Department was such a blessing. Thank you for sharing her with our Police Family.
