I really just want you to know, and I know you do now, how grateful I am that I had you in my life for as long as I did, and how I wish I could have had you for just a bit longer; however, I have to remind myself that the physical passing of a loved one does not mean they are truly gone. You will live on in my heart, and for now that will have to be enough until I get to see you again. I just want you to know that I enjoyed being able to see you more often and taking you on errands while you lived in Winnsboro. I will miss our phone calls, your voice, the way your eyes lit up when you saw me at the door, our conversations, listening to stories about when you were younger, talking about life, the little lessons you tried to teach me every time we talked... the list of things I will miss is endless. I hope you know just how much I love you. I have adored you since the moment I was born. I am so grateful to God that you were in my life. I am comforted to know that you are my newest guardian angel. I know you are happy in Paradise. Fly high. I love you.
