"Wonderful Friend!"

Al was always an inspiration to me and my family...........kept our Boat engines running, fishing together and later years going by to pick him up so he could attend our meetings at our Church Group "Wednesday Morning Work Crew!" He told me of his childhood experiences of making all types of "Baked Goods" in his Father's Bakery! He always had the "best" jokes to tell at our table on Wednesday mornings! He had total "recall" about so many things from his childhood days, WW2, boat problems, racing, his children, marriage and just about life! His "playroom" had pictures of he and Roy Rogers and trophies all around!

Al was a "WORLD SPEEDBOAT CHAMPION " and was almost impossibe to beat! Everyone  always looked to him being a completely "honest man" in all of his dealings! So many racers, fishermen and mechanics went to him for advice! He was a great Lodge Brother...... but above all he was a Christian Man!

God bless Al and his love for his family,

Tom and Anne Uhr
