Frank, You were like a Father and best friend to me for so many years. You will always be in my heart and mind. What I will miss most is the time we shared together in my office on certain occasions and the wonderful spirit that was around every time you showed up. I will forever be grateful for our long lasting friendship. Love to Cathie and the family!
