I just read about Keith's untimely passing. What terrible news. I had the privilege of practicing with Keith, as local counsel of a handful of cases litigated in Wyoming USDC. What a great guy and talented lawyer. We had plenty of fun with our cases and I still enjoy those memories. Outside of the litigation, we also managed a fly fishing float trip down the Salt River, in Wyoming's Star Valley. What a wonderful day. On occasion, over the years, Keith and I would talk. Not having heard from Keith in a while, I did some searching and read the very sad news. Laurie, I am so very sorry for your loss. Please know I was one of the many who considered Keith a friend first, colleague second.
