I noticed the obituary and wanted to send the Conner family condolences to Mr. Minor's girls. Even after moving away, we would drive by the old neighborhood on Dixon and would occasionally see your Dad out working around in the yard or puttering in his garage that was always filled lots of good "stuff". Knowing he had served his country, we would fondly call him "Major" Minor, never to his face, but whenever we drove by slowly to check to see if there was any new and interesting in the yard or garage. We are saddened by your loss and to know of Monica's passing. Steve lives in our mom and dad's old house in East Irving and Carole and I are in the area. Best wishes, your old, old neighbor, Larry
