I am sending my condolence to the family of Jim Minor.  I rented one of his condos some years back, and he was such a kind man.  He maintained his units very well.  After I moved, we exchanged Christmas gifts for many years.  I would makes calls to him from time to time to check on him.  It was during one of the calls that I found out he had passed.  He really was a nice man.
