I was privileged to work with Rosa for seventeen years. She sat near the entrance door and her smiling face greeted me every day with a cheery "good morning, Judge". She was a hard worker, friendly and could always be counted on. When she retired from the Court we lost not only an excellent co-worker, but a good friend. She will be missed. Milton Sturman
