I was blessed to have Rosa as part of our Court Staff during my tenure as Court Administrator for the Irving Municipal Court. She was an outstanding, dedicated employee who made our days brighter with her beautiful smile,contagious laughter, and positive attitude towards the public and fellow employees. She truly had a servant’s heart – always willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. And, she was also a dear and caring friend to each of us! Her love for God and family was such a witness and blessing to all! Those of us whose lives she touched in very special ways will miss her! It is said that our lives are not measured by the number of breaths that we take, but by the moments that take our breath away! I feel blessed to have shared many of these moments with her! I will forever cherish her memory. There was truly an Angel among us! Go rest now Rosa in the arms of the Savior. You fought a good fight – and always kept the faith!
